Thank you for your interest in our website. The protection of your privacy has always been important to us and long before the DSGVO (Data Protection – Basic Regulation) we protected your personal data from access by others or did not pass it on to third parties. Due to the introduction of the DSGVO, we now inform you in detail how we handle your personal data.
Processing of your personal data
Our website is basically designed so that you can visit it without us collecting any personal data from you. Personal data is only collected by us if you give us your express consent to do so.
You can therefore visit our website without providing any personal information. Only access data is stored in so-called server log files, such as: Name of the requested file, date of retrieval and the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. These data are evaluated exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve an offer and do not give us any information about your personal data.
Personal data will only be stored by us if you expressly give us your consent to do so. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so, and will only be used to answer your inquiries, process contracts and for administration purposes. As a customer, you have the right to revoke an already granted consent at any time for the future. The data processing is based on the legal grounds of Art. 6 of the DSGVO.
Right to information, correction, deletion
You will be informed at any time upon written request about the data stored about you. Please direct your inquiries to:
myMedtec Medical Technology Höller GmbH

In the event that the data we hold about you is incorrect, please inform us. These will be immediately corrected and you will be informed accordingly (right to information, disclosure and rectification). If you no longer wish your data to be processed by this company, we request that you inform us of this in writing (right to deletion). Immediately after that we will delete your data and inform you about it. Should the deletion of your data be contrary to mandatory legal provisions, you will be informed of this. The request for deletion remains unaffected for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.
Right to withdraw your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent, as shown above. You can revoke the consent you have given at any time. For this we need an informal message by mail. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right of objection
Insofar as personal data is collected from you on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to. Art. 6 par. 1 S 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, provided that there are grounds for doing so.
You will receive a newsletter from us only after express consent, which you can give us on the website or by e-mail. When you register for our newsletter, your e-mail address will be used together with your consent for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter in writing. Unsubscribing is possible at any time by e-mail email@example.com.
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that we may use your address information to send you our newsletters on a regular basis.
If you use our contact form on the website, the information you provide in this form, including the contact data you enter there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
